Order Errors

If your takeout order is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Bring the incorrect items in their original containers back to the restaurant for verification, and we will replace them with the correct items.

 

Incomplete Orders

If an item is missing, please notify us as soon as possible. You may return to the restaurant to receive the missing item or request a refund for the item not provided.

 

Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds, discounts, or credits for dissatisfaction.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited once they are prepared.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or replacements are not available for consumed items or orders from previous business days. Courtesy items (e.g., utensils, napkins, salsa) are not eligible for refunds or credits if omitted. Some takeout items may experience slight changes in temperature or consistency during transport.
