Takeout Order Errors

Please call us as soon as possible if you receive food that is different from what is shown on your receipt so that we can provide you with the correct item(s). In order to provide you with the correct order you will need to bring all food pertaining to the incorrect order you received in the original container(s) to our restaurant for error verification.

 

Takeout Order Incomplete

Please call us as soon as possible if you do not receive a food item that is on your receipt. In order to provide you with the item you did not receive you will need to bring all food pertaining to the order in the original container(s) to our restaurant for incomplete verification. If you are unable to come back to our restaurant or do not wish to come back for the item(s) you didn’t receive, you may cancel the food that wasn’t provided and we will refund the total amount of each dish not provided on your order.

 

Takeout Order Dissatisfaction

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds, discounts, or credit for food that a guest isn’t satisfied with.

Takeout Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, refund, or give credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared.

 

Please Note: The temperature and consistency of some takeout items may vary slightly after being packaged. We strive to prepare and package our takeout items to preserve the high quality of the food we prepare. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, such as disposable utensils, napkins, salsa, etc. you are welcome to let us know so we may address this issue with our staff, however, we do not provide discounts, refunds or credit in these scenarios. We also reserve the right to refuse any refund or return if the order is not identifiable or if it has already been consumed. Also, we do not provide refunds, returns, discounts, or give credit on orders placed on a previous business day.
