Service Animals

A service animal is a dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. This does not include pets or animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support, companionship, or comfort. Service animals are not permitted to sit or ride in carts, carriers, or strollers of any kind and they are not allowed on any chairs, tables, booths or any of our restaurant furniture in accordance with the current ADA guidelines and California law.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires reasonable accommodations for service animals and explicitly does not apply to emotional support animals 28 C.F.R.§ 35.104, 36.104, 35.136 (i) (2010). If you have questions, please refer to California Civil Codes 54.1 and 54.2 or contact us.

If your dog does not meet the above requirements, we will kindly ask you to dine on our patio. You are more than welcome to bring a dog that is a pet to dine with you on our patio, however they must be kept on a leash or confined in a pet carrier, cart, or stroller and are not allowed on our chairs, tables, or any of our restaurant furniture. (Note that we only have a patio at our Temecula location.)
